About the Recipe
This refreshing Cabbage & Celeriac Coleslaw is a modern take on a classic favourite. Packed with crisp, finely shredded vegetables and a zesty, creamy dressing made with natural yogurt and Mary Berry’s Classic Light Dressing, it’s light yet full of flavour. The capers add a delicious tang, while fresh chives bring a subtle hint of onion. Quick to prepare and wonderfully versatile, it’s the perfect side dish for barbecues, roast meats or simple weekday meals.

Ingredients
3 tbsp Mary Berry’s Classic Light Dressing
¼ medium white cabbage, finely shredded
½ medium celeriac, peeled and cut into matchsticks
1 large carrot, grated
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
2 tbsp chopped chives
Preparation
Step 1
Place the vegetables in a large bowl with the capers and mix evenly.
Step 2
Mix together the yogurt, Light Dressing, chives and seasoning, toss into the vegetables and mix well.
Cook's Tip!
Try red cabbage instead of white and add a grated apple and poppy seeds.
