Ingredients

  • 100 ml Mary Berry’s Light Salad Dressing to serve

  • 1kg chicken wings

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds to sprinkle

  • Finely chopped spring onions to serve

Preparation

Step 1


In a mixing bowl mix together chicken wings, olive oil, BBQ sauce and honey.



Step 2


Preheat oven to 200?C and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.


Step 3


Line up the chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.


Step 4


Bake wings for 30-35 mins until sticky and cooked throughout.


Step 5


Remove from the oven, brush with extra BBQ sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm with some chopped spring onions and a bowl of Mary Berry’s Light Salad Dressing!
